Dates announced haphazardly! 75% of pop ups have been on Tuesday. 100% of popups have been announced 4 or more days in advance. Unfortunately I can offer no certainty about future timing. I do greatly appreciate your support.
Pre-ordering seems to be working well, keeps the night evenly paced, but I did sell out last time! So be advised, I am still saving some doughs for walk ups, but pre-ordering is the way to be secure. It's the way to be safe.
